Most orders ship within two to three business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Holidays may delay your shipment.

 

Return Policy

You may return any regular-priced purchase, in original condition and accompanied by receipt, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note: Caked up/Wound yarn, sale items, items without original packaging or not in original condition cannot be returned. Postage is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received your item(s) and determined eligibility for return, you will receive a refund to the credit card on which you made your original purchase. We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged goods for a full refund including shipping charges.If you need to return an item, please email us at  theknitnooknz@gmail.com with your name, original order number and the products you wish to return. We will provide you with our return address information.
