Shipping

2. Lost or Damaged Items
• Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. For peace of mind, we recommend choosing tracked shipping. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
3. International Shipping
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
• We accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
• Sale items, patterns (physical or digital), and gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Process for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
