Welcome to The Knit Nook - Your Local Yarn Haven in Napier

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the internet! We are a local yarn store in Napier, New Zealand that prides itself on providing high-quality yarn and knitting/crochet supplies to our community. Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, we have everything you need to fuel your creativity and passion for knitting and crochet.

What We Sell

At our store, you'll find a wide selection of yarn in every colour of the rainbow and nearly every weight. From luxurious merino wool to soft and squishy cotton blends, we have something for every project and budget. In addition to yarn, we also carry a variety of knitting needles, crochet hooks, patterns, and accessories to help you get going on your exciting projects!

Where We Are Located

Located in the heart of our charming seaside downtown, The Knit Nook is a welcoming space where makers of all skill levels can come together to share their love of the craft. Whether you're looking for inspiration, guidance, or just a friendly face to chat with, our store is the perfect place to connect with fellow yarn enthusiasts.

Local Community Maker's Night

One of the highlights of our store is our bi-weekly community knitting night. Every second and fourth Tuesday evening of the month, knitters from near and far gather at The Station, a restaurant just down the street from our store, to work on their projects, share tips and tricks, and enjoy each other's company. It's a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and be a part of our vibrant knitting community. Be sure to check our socials for upcoming events or updates regarding times.

So whether you're looking for the perfect yarn for your next project, a welcoming space to connect with other knitters, or simply a place to indulge in your love of all things fiber, we invite you to stop by our store and say hello. We can't wait to meet you and help you on your knitting journey!

Until the next yarn,

Katie
