Description

Introducing the Plait Sleeve Sweater - a stylish addition to any wardrobe. This sweater boasts an oversized fit, turtleneck and balloon sleeves with a loose cable design. The best part? It's created using a top-down, seamless technique, making it easy to finish.

Crafted from two strands of delicate lace-weight mohair yarn, this sweater is perfect for intermediate level knitters looking for a new challenge. Inspired by the Suzie Meyers contiguous method, the construction is similar to a top-down raglan but with more frequent shoulder increases. You'll start by knitting in one piece until the end of the shoulders, then divide off and knit flat to the underarms before continuing in the round for the rest of the project. The sleeves and neckline are both picked up and knit in the round for a seam-free finish.
